Magu Bee at World's End

A travel blog of one crazy Magu Bee traveling the globe.

Batu caves are located just outside of Kuala Lumpur and are a great escape from the bustling city. They're famous mostly for the Hindu cave temples and a huge statue dedicated to one of the deities, Murugan.

After enjoying the KL Tower, we went for a short trip to see the temple and climb all 272 steps leading inside the caves. And we were able to do that thanks to CS, yet again. The amazingly trusting and generous Zack gave us his car, so that we could enjoy the place while he's at work!

Not as many tourist as one might think, although it was the middle of the week; quite a few Indians/Malaysians (I guess safer to say Hindu people) praying and sight-seeing with the rest of us.
